Caffè viennese
- 100 gr di cioccolato
- 250 gr di panna (70 gr per il cafè il resto per guarnire)
- ½ litro di caffè bollente
- 1 cucchiaio di zucchero
- 1 cucchiaio di cacao amaro
- 1 cucchiaino di cannella i polvere
- 1 cucchiaio o 2 di Baileys (facoltativo!!!)
Mettete a fondere a bagnomaria il cioccolato. Appena pronto, toglietelo dal fuoco e lavoratelo a crema insieme ai 70 grammi di panna liquida. Preparate il caffè, che deve essere bollente, e addolcitelo con il cucchiaio di zucchero, poi versatelo sul composto di panna e cioccolato, mescolatelo e versatelo nei bicchieri. Montate la rimanente panna senza zucchero ( il caffè è già dolce ) mettetela in un sac a poche e guarnite abbondantemente i bicchieri. Spolverizzate con un po’ di cacao in polvere e cannella e….

- 3,5 oz of chocolate
- 8,8 oz of fresh cream to assemble
- ½ liter of boiling coffee
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon or 2 of Baileys (optional!)
Put in bagnomaria on medium heat,to melt the chocolate. Once ready, remove from heat and knead until creamy together with 70 grams of cream. Prepare the coffee, which must be hot, and add a spoon of sugar, then pour on the compound of cream and chocolate, stir and pour into glasses. Whip the remaining cream with no sugar (the coffee is already sweet), put it in a sac a poche and garnish abundantly the glasses.
Sprinkle with a little 'cocoa powder and cinnamon and .... Good evening
